$1 Donated = $20 Invested in South Berkshire
Your gift unlocks additional public and private funding
When you give to Impact South County, you’re investing in more than a single project—you’re investing in stronger communities. Your generosity helps create affordable housing, expand economic opportunity, revitalize neighborhoods, and improve lives throughout South Berkshire.
Because we leverage private philanthropy with public funding, municipal partnerships, foundations, and other investments, every $1 donated helps generate approximately $20 in community investment. And through the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC), Massachusetts residents who give $1,000 or more may qualify for a 50% refundable state tax credit, making your investment go even further.
When you contribute money to Impact South County and you see that money result in building affordable housing, that is enough of a reward by itself”
Richard Allen, local resident and Impact South County supporter
