For more than 30 years, our organization has worked alongside residents, businesses, municipalities, and community partners to strengthen southern Berkshire County through affordable housing, economic opportunity, and community development.
Today, we are proud to introduce a new name: Impact South County.
While our name is changing, our mission remains the same. We are still the trusted organization formerly known as the Community Development Corporation South Berkshire (CDCSB), with the same commitment to creating vibrant communities where people of all incomes can live, work, and thrive.
Over the years, our work has expanded, evolved, and grown in impact. We expand housing opportunities, support local entrepreneurs and small businesses, partner with municipalities on community initiatives, and help create the conditions for a strong and resilient local economy.
Our former name reflected our history and organizational structure. Our new name reflects our purpose.
